This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S7Y-24-Q-0006 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 22 May 24. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 333120 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. As a result of this RFQ, the Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the offeror whose quote conforms to the combo requirements and who is deemed responsible IAW FAR 9.104. This is a request for a Turnkey Stainless Steel Hydraulic Spreader System. Evaluating criteria will be based on price IAW FAR 52.212-2. Please Note: Funding is not currently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The 190th Civil Engineering Squadron at the 190th ARW Forbes Field ANGB has a requirement for the following Turnkey Stainless Steel Hydraulic Spreader System Item: CLIN 0001 – Provide and install one complete turnkey stainless steel hydraulic spreader system on Government Owned 2015 Kenworth T270 4x4 Wheeled Dump Truck: 15D00606, VIN: 2NKHJM6X5GM111036 Stainless Steel Combo dump sander/spreaders shall include the following: • 5.3 cubic yard capacity. • Sloped front of doghouse clearance. • Heavy duty top screens. • Inverted V shape. • Dual hydraulic motors. • Tailgate latch-bar. • Ratchet strap tie downs. • Large, galvanized spreader stand for 10’ spreader. o Galvanized construction. o Adjustable legs. • Modify hydraulic system on dump truck including: o Replace dump pump with gear pump for both dump and spreader operation. o Remove PTO overspeed programming parameters to allow for spreader operation. o Control valve with enclosure for spreader on/off and hoist. o Cable controls in cab for spreader on/off and hoist control. o Manual dual knob spreader control mounted on rear of spreader. Installation shall occur at the Contractor’s Facility and include the following: • Modify, relocate, or fabricate any attached equipment on Government owned Trucks to mount Dump/Combo Boxes and make system completely operational. • Remove and dispose of all components and debris unusable from Government Owned Trucks. • One (1) year bumper to bumper warranty to start on the day of delivery to and acceptance by the Government of installed equipment. Installation shall be completed no later than 120 Days after date of contract award. Quote must include shipping cost to 5920 SE Coyote Drive, Topeka KS 66619.
