Work shall consist of the removal of the three mini-split systems in rooms 17, 13A and 13B and the installation of a new 5-ton Modulating Heat-Pump unit. The current systems are 30+ years-old and are failing or have already failed and cannot keep the rooms climatized. This project allows for the replacement of the three units and incorporates the installation of a new 5-ton Modulating Heat-Pump unit or equivalent. The contractor will be responsible for proper sizing of the unit. This RFQ solicitation is utilizing FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for a small construction project. Based upon the government estimate no bonding is required for this project. Email of quotes is acceptable. Please follow instructions in SF 1442 posted with this RFQ.
