Work shall consist of but is not limited to the following: Remove and replace the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) outside of Bldg 37 with new ATS of the same type, rating and size (see characteristics below). Contractor will dispose of the removed ATS. Functionally test the ATS after installation per the B37 ATS Specifications. See attached drawing and specifications for more details. Temporary power to the building will be required during the ATS replacement. The ATS and connected switchgear are all outside. ATS Requirements– 480V 2500A, 4 Pole, 65,000 A.I.C., NEMA 3R with Maintenance Bypass. The new ATS will have a manual actuation handle in addition to the automatic function.
