This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the solicitation number for this procurement is W50S7X-22-Q-0010 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The NAICS is 238330, Flooring Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $16.5 Million. This acquisition shall be available as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Period of Performance: 90 Days Description: See attached Statement of Work (SOW) Award will be made to the responsible contractor considering price and technical proposal. Quotes must include a technical proposal indicating how you intend to meet the requirements in the SOW and specifications. This proposal is to include, but not limited to: specification sheets for both carpet and base cove or any pertinent information that will allow the government to evaluate the item/s you have proposed. Quotes received that do not have an adequate proposal will not be considered for award. All visitors without a current badge to access McConnell AFB will be required to obtain a visitor’s pass through the Main Gate off Rock Rd. To drive to the site visit location please ensure you have Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance and current registration for your vehicle to obtain a visitor’s pass. The building where the project is located is a secure facility and to enter you must be a US Citizen. A driver’s license (valid Government ID) and SSN will need to be provided at the building to gain access. Additionally, no cell phones/PEDs/smart watches or smart devices are allowed in the facility.
