The Indiana Air National Guard intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract, 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 236220, for construction of a Munitions Maintenance and Inspection facility, two earth-covered munitions storage igloos, a Munitions Assembly Complex Pad, inert storage, and above-ground munitions storage facilities per design documents, plus option line items for Building 790 demolition and Building 906 MAC Pad site lighting. The target price range is $14,000,000 to $18,000,000, and the estimated period of performance is 545 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspection and punch list.
