A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is also attached. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. If a prospective quoter takes an exception to any of the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its quote may be excluded from consideration for award.
