This requirement is for the procurement of items in support of the March 2022 Strong Bonds Event hosted by the 122d IN ANG Chaplain Office. Please see attached solicitation document for a breakdown of what is being requested. *All interested 3rd party contractors must submit confirmation from venue location to ensure accurate pricing and venue availability. *For offerors to be considered technically appectable, quotes submitted shall be no more than 2 page (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) and include per unit pricing information AND a grand total of proposed price of event. If Offerors would like to submit addtional information they may do so at their own free will, however this information must be provided in a seperate document. **An estimated Lump Sum of $20,000.00 will be add to all quotes submitted as the "Per Diem Meal Card" Expense as outlined in the attached Solicitation Document. The awardee of this requirement will use these funds to distrubite meal card, i.e. gift cards, to military members attending this event to be utilized to cover meal expenses.
