Please provide a price quote for the following product(s): Zeiss ATLAS 500 Corneal Topographer or equal to Unit of Issue: Each Quantity: 1 Zeiss PC Workstation (22" Touch Display medical Grade Panel PC) w/ pre-installed ATLAS 500 Operator Software or equal to Unit of Issue: Each Quantity: 1 Zeiss Instrument Table IT 1060.I w/ Monitor Bracket or equal to Unit of Issue: Each Quantity: 1 Zeiss Sliding Keyboard Try or equal to Unit of Issue: Each Quantity: 1 This requirement is being solicited “brand name or equal.” The following brand name and model features the minimum specifications in order to satisfy this request: Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc – ATLAS 500 Corneal Topographer An “equal” item must meet the characteristics/features as outlined in the attached technical specifications for listed Zeiss Equipment to be considered acceptable. If providing an "equal" product, vendors must provide specifiication sheet to be used to determine acceptability. The government retains the right to evalute any number of specification of "equal" items against the attached spec sheet to determine acceptability. Basis on which quotes will be evaluated and award will be made: PRICE ALONE Quotation Due Date: 13 September, 2024 at 2:00pm EST. In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102(a), quoters are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov/) at the time a quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
