This is a 100% small business set-aside opportunity under NAICS 722310 (Food Service Contractors, $47M size standard) for FY27 RSD prepared meals for the 183d Services Flight, with a Firm-Fixed-Price contract anticipated. The work is delivery-only prepared food, priced per meal to include food, labor, and applicable fees; no serving/service is required, and delivery location is identified in the SOW. Meal quantities range from 150 to 300 per event and are scheduled for November 6–8, 2026; December 4 and 6, 2026; February 5–7, 2027; March 5–7, 2027; and May 1–2, 2027. Quotes will be evaluated for best value to the government based on price and the salient characteristics in the SOW. Offerors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
