This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide lodging for the 182d Airlift Wing's Regularly Scheduled Drill weekends. The BPA will have a five-year ordering period from May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2031, with a maximum total capacity of $349,000 across one to three awards. Services will be performed at varying locations based on the drill schedule, which will be provided upon award. The government will award up to three BPAs to responsible offerors who can provide rooms at or below the GSA per diem rates for Peoria, IL, and pass an in-person quality inspection. Offerors must be the direct owner or operator of the lodging facility, as third-party entities are not eligible.
