Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside for up to three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide single and double occupancy lodging for the 182d Airlift Wing's Regularly Scheduled Drill weekends. The performance location varies by month and will be provided upon award. Each BPA will have a five-year ordering period and share a maximum total capacity of $349,000. Quotes must remain valid until 30 September 2026, and the contractor must directly own, operate, or manage the proposed lodging facility, with room rates not exceeding the GSA per diem for Peoria, IL.
