THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS TO PROVIDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AT THIS TIME AS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT. **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY** The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business Sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. USPFO for Illinois National Guard, 182nd Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm fixed price (FFP) construction contract to “Repair the Taxiway.” Work includes but is not limited to replacement or repair of concrete and fire suppression. The magnitude of construction is expected to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 8 April 2024. Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Form (add link to form) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
