The 182 Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Project Number: 202002657, Repair MOGAS Station located at the 182 Airlift Wing in Peoria, IL. Work of this contract comprises of providing all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to: Remove existing underground tanks, backfill underground tank, prepare new site, demolish existing fence, demolish existing asphalt, trench electric and communication utilities to the dispensing site, pour 7’ P.C.C. on top of sub base, install new fencing, and install cantilever-type canopy to cover pumps. The contract duration is 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. Your attention is directed to FAR clause 52.219-14 (b)(3) Limitations on Subcontracting, which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract in the case of a contract for Construction by a general contractors, the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 20 July 2020. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference is on or about 5 Aug 2020 at the 182 Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL.
