Contractors responding with proposals must acknowledge the five posted amendments within their proposal. *** Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair and construction services in support of the 182nd Airlift Wing in Peoria, IL. These multidisciplined contracts will consist of a Base Award Period of five (5) years. The total contract period shall not exceed five (5) years, with a total program capacity of $15,000,000 for all task orders placed against this contract . This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS Codes: 236220, $39.5M is the small business size standard. The Government intends to award at least three (3) and up to seven (7) or more contracts to offerors that are responsible and that submit proposals that are acceptable and reasonable. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economical programs. Persons intending on offering a proposal are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and the Site Visit that immediately follows the Pre-Proposal Conference. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business Sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. USPFO for Illinois National Guard, 182nd Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL intends to issue a solicitation and award a Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) to be accomplished as task orders for a broad range of multidiscipline maintenance, repair and construction services. The magnitude of the individual task orders will be between $2,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The ceiling for the MATOC shall not exceed $20,000,000.00 which includes the combined total of all individual task orders placed against it by all contractors. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 22 January 2020. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (posted with this announcement) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry (“Proj_Ref_List posted with this announcement). The project name, type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
