This is not requesting prices for evaluating potential costs. Quotes will propose a completed solution in line with the vision statement. All solutions will be compared with one another to identify the best solution. Multiple options for solutions are encouraged. Quotes are encouraged to offer various price points of solutions in order to maximize consideration. This solicitation is a Simplified Acquisition solicitation being issued per FAR part 13. The attached PDF contains evaluation and response details. Responses can be in any format but must demonstrate the information indicated in the solicitation. Clauses & Provisions are subject to change prior to solicitation close. Responses can use the attached SF1442 as a quote sheet, but if award is contemplated, the Contracting Officer will generate a new version with all updates to the solicitation and clauses for Contractor review before signing. A Site Visit is planned for 11 March 2023, 0900 (Building 5002, CE classroom). Ad Hoc site visits will also be considered upon request. If the quote closing timeframe is untenable, please detail the situation and explain why more time is required to generate quotes. All questions and quotes must be directed to 126 Contracting Officer via email at 126.arw.msc@us.af.mil. Questions asked within 1 week of solicitation close will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Please make quotes good for 30 days, if possible. Emailed quotes are preferred. Late quotes may be rejected at the Contracting Officer’s discretion. Place the solicitation number in the subject line of any email.
