This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 332999 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 750 employees. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company would qualify as a small business under the solicited NAICS. The following is needed: The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for a Pressure Blasting Cabinet that can reduce military personnel exposure to Hexavalent chromium. The Government’s intent is for the vendor to deliver and install Pressure Blasting Cabinet to the 126th ARW and provide training to include general maintenance on the equipment to military personnel. The Pressure Blasting Cabinet should have the same or similar characteristics listed below: -approximately 55" W X 50" D X 45" H Interior Work Dimensions -approximately 900 CFM, Reclaimer and Dust Collector -approximately 57.5" deep X 61" Wide X 87" High Exterior footprint of Cabinet -approximately 62" Deep X 50" Wide X 93" High Dust collector/reclaimer footprint -Air-powered Vertical Lift Door -approximately 40-inch Diameter Turntable -Have specifications suitable for military aircraft part blasting -Must be able to reduce personnel exposure to blasting equipment with hazardous coatings Preparing and Submitting your Quote: Response is encouraged to include past performance information: other military, commercial, and civilian companies with whom you have done business. Include country of manufacture for all items. Include feasible delivery dates. Offerors must submit product specifications along with pricing information. Preferred CLIN structure: CLIN 0001: Blasting Cabinet -1, EA CLIN 0002: Installation Services – 1, JB CLIN 0003: Training - 1, JB All questions and quotes must be directed to 126 Contracting Officer via email at 126.arw.msc@us.af.mil. Questions asked within 1 week of solicitation close will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Please make quotes good for 30 days, if possible. Emailed quotes are preferred. Late quotes may be rejected at the Contracting Officer’s discretion. Place the solicitation number in the subject line of any email. Evaluation: The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, and past performance. Technical rating will be based on reviews, military and commercial, plus an independent analysis of quality. All solicitation specifications are not absolute and the 126ARW will consider innovative solutions to this requirement. Quotes may be comparatively evaluated in compliance with FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3). Be sure to submit/attach enough additional information to enable the Government to fully ascertain the specifications/capabilities of any products quoted. The government will seek 3rd party consumer reviews of quoted items to determine technical ratings.
