AMENDMENT 0001 HAS BEEN ADDED Amendment 0001 is issued to revise the Instruction to Offerors, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and proposal due date. Offerors shall submit final proposals in response to the updated Instruction to Offerors and PWS by Friday, 02 February 2024, 3:00 PM ChST. Offerors shall acknowledge AMENDMENT 0001 and submit a signed copy with final proposals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Please see attached Request for Information (RFI) Log as of 23 January 2024. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Guam Air National Guard (GANG) has a requirement for commercial lease vehicle services in order to fulfill their mission requirements. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Vehicle Lease Services, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. A Large Business, Competitive, single Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract is anticipated to be awarded to the business concern through the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 16.5. The quotations shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 532112 Passenger Car Rental, Size Standard $47 MIL. Responders should include all documents and information requested submitted in accordance with the instructions herein. Quotes shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of Wednesday, 24 January 2024 at 3:00 PM ChST.
