The Montana Air National Guard intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for construction to Sabre Communications Corporation, 7101 Southbridge Dr, Sioux City, IA 51111-1000. Contractor is required to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the purchase of and installation to include electrical of two INWS poles. The contract duration will be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list items. This project is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237130, with a small business size standard of $36,500,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 17 March 2023. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference is on or about 27 March 2023 at 1000 MST, location to be provided in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation closing date is tentatively planned for on or about 17 April 2023. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
