This amendment includes the addition of the question and answers and the modification of the salient characteristics (specifically line item 4) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors shall be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing date of this synopsis/solicitation. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. (iv) This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). NAICS code: 332999 with a size standard of 3,905 employees. (v) The salient characteristics associated with this procurement are listed in the attachment: The Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, MT is requesting small business companies to provide Airlift Modular Approach Shoring. This shoring will be used to load equipment on C130, C17, C5, all Landing Craft Air Cushions (LCACs: and Joint High Speed Vessel’s (JHSVs). Funding is currently available for this acquisition. CLIN 0001 – 26k Aircraft shoring kit CLIN 0002 – Delivery to 6828 1st Ave N, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59401 All proposals shall include the proposed delivery date. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or “gray market” items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Proposal must be good through September 30, 2023 The manufacturer shall supply all manuals such as operation instructions, parts lists, and diagrams.
