(End Amendment 4) (Amendment 3) 9/12/2023 The purpose for this amendment is to upload additional questions and answers received during the solicitation phase and to extend the closing date of the solicitiation from 9/12/2023 to 9/14/2023. (End Amendment 3) (Amendment 2) 9/9/2023 The purpose for this amendment is to upload the questions and answers document received during the solicitation phase. (End Amendment 2) (Amendment 1) 9/6/2023 The purpose for this amendment is to correct the NAICS on page 1 section 10 of the Solicitation from 238310 to 238210. Additionally, the Site-Visit Minutes with attached sign-in sheet and power-point presentation are posted to attachments/links. (End Amendment 1) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to complete the work as described in the Statement of Work in the RFQ Solicitation. Work location is at the Montana Air National Guard, GTF International Airport, Great Falls, MT. This project will replace the aging Service Entrance Switch Gear with a new one that has phase voltage monitoring technology capable of preventing single phasing of the base grid and monitor any issues of poor power quality that could cause damage. The Contractor proposal shall be submitted with quantities, unit prices, mobilization and costs included. The Contractor shall dispose of all excess packaging, materials, and other items at their cost. The contractor shall provide all supplies, parts, equipment, tools, labor, personnel, transportation, supervision, permits, insurance, and management necessary to repair the Service Entrance Switch Gear on site and provide a warranty of one (1) years materials and one (1) year labor. The project will be completed in accordance with the project contract documents, drawings, specifications, Federal and State law, and the terms and conditions of the contract.
