The contractor shall provide the Montana Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention team with digital marketing and advertising for 12 months. Contractor will provide geo-fenced digital marketing on all appropriate platforms for the Bozeman and Kalispell regions (roughly 50 mile radius). Looking fo the best campaign at the government price point of $17,500.00. The 120th AW has access to visual promotion material and does not require new digital illustration. Response is encouraged to include past performance information: other military, commercial, and civilian companies with whom you have done business. Include feasible period of performance not to exceed 1 year. Quotes need to include advertising campaign details, demographic information and numbers of targeted audience, and method of tracking impressions on target audience. The Government intends to issue one contract (but reserves the right to consider parial or multiple awards) to the offer conforming to the soliciation which will be most advantageous to theGovernment. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, and past performance. All soliciation specifications are not absolute and the 120AW will consider innovative solutions to this requirement. Quotes may becompartively evaluated in compliance with FAR 13.106-2 (b)(3). Be sure to submit/attach enough additional documnetation to enable the Government to fully ascertain the specifications /capabilities quoted. Technical evaluation will be based on the advertising campaign plan which is submitted and best meets the government requirement. This is a funded requirement.
