The Montana Air National Guard located in Great Falls, MT, requires a construction project to Repair Maintenance Hangar Building 25. This contracts provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) Type “C” services for construction contract administration for the Repair Maintenance Hangar Building 25. Type “C” services include documenting and providing answers to contractor’s requests for information, submittals, attendance and records at progress meetings, review of lab results, preparation of as-built drawings, and a number of site visits to inspect the building during construction to ensure the construction contractor is following the design. A sole source justification was signed using the authority of 41 U.S. Code 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source Below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. That justification recommends a sole source award to SMA ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN, P.C. (UEI: L6CKC5K5SN25) at 920 Front ST STE 101, Helena, Montana 59601-3442 United States.
