"*********Channel Lineup. The contractor shall provide a channel lineup of basic service available to all government users. Contractor shall submit the channel lineup with proposal for approval. Basic channels as a minimum shall include local channels (WLOX and WXXV), 24 hr. news networks (CNN, Fox), Weather Channel (Local and Regional).*******************" This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see attachemets for Combined Synospsi and Solicitation. Furnish the Base Communications Office with subscription television service to enable signal distribution to 360 television drops throughout the base. Supply and install a fully operational head-end unit, including all necessary equipment, labor, and transportation, to enable television service distribution to all locations on base. This head-end unit will utilize the existing Blonder Tongue HDE-8C-QAM to provide enhanced modulation capabilities for optimal compatibility with legacy television receivers. *********Channel Lineup.
