The scope of this project includes renovation to Mississippi Combat Readiness Training Center Gulfport Building 12. This effort requires interior deconstruction/construction, electrical work, and exterior painting in accordance with the attached statement of work. See the attached SF1442 Solicitation for the Building 12 rennovation at the Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, MS. Information for the site visit scheduled 4 August @ 0900 CST is included in the Instructions to Offerors. The Construction Wage Rate Requirements, formerly known as Davis Bacon Wage Rates, are applicable to this project. Current prevailing wage determination(s) at time of issuance of solicitation are MS20220050 02/24/2022 MOD2 for Harrison County, Mississippi. (39507).
