There is no solicitation document available. This is a Notice of Intent of the United States property and Fiscal Office (USPFO-MS) Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (MS ANG CRTC) Contracting Office to award a construction contract with a Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Please see the attached J&A for limiting products used during the construction effort to Siemens. This project includes, but not limited to, replacing and upgrading hardware, firmware, and software of the base-wide direct digital control (DDC) building automation system (BAS) and utility monitoring control system (UMCS) and incidental related work as annotated in the attached plans and specifications. Siemens is the sole provider for these and parts replacement of the current DDC system. The existing DDC brand is SIEMENS Insight Revision 3.10. Scope of work consists of removing part of the existing SIEMENS DDC system and installing a new/replacement parts as necessary with coordinating SIEMENS equipment and rework current parts for reuse within this same DDC System.
