Rev. 1 - Added correct Site Visit Registration Form This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This opportunity is set-aside 100% for small business. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 (effective 26 May 2023) The NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with an estimated effective date of 30 September 2023. The full text of the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are attached to this Contract Opportunity. Offeror questions regarding the RFP are allowed until 10:00 a.m. (CST) on September 1, 2023. All questions and answers will be posted to Contract Opportunities at www.sam.gov. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP either before or after the proposal due date.
