This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This opportunity is Full and Open Competition, with no set-aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 (effective 26 May 2022). The NAICS code is 721110. The Government intends to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements with an estimated effective date of 1 October 2022 with a period of performance of 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2027. The full text of the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are attached to this Contract Opportunity. Offeror questions regarding the RFP are allowed until 10:00 a.m. (CST) on August 1, 2022. All questions and answers will be posted to Contract Opportunities at www.sam.gov.
