Services to be performed are to be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Site Plans. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This request is 100% total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Per NAICS 236220, the small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The PSC Code is Z2QA. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be conducted on Thursday December 17, 2020 at 9:00AM (CST) for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at Mississippi Air National Guard, 186th Air Refueling Wing, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS, Bldg. 600 RM 114.
