The 139th AW, in St Joseph Missouri 64503, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide a Modular Facility. Approximate size 5700 SF. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be setaside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. BACKGROUND The 139th AW in St. Joseph Missouri (64503) intends to solicit for the lease of one modular facility. This Sources Sought will serve as market research for the 6 month extension of W912NS-16-P-3026 as well as research for an anticipated future requirement (Base + 4 Option Years). Facility to consist of: 1) two 1000 sq. ft. office rooms with electric hookups sufficient for twenty workstations each that can accommodate 20 personnel. 2) four 120 sq. ft. office rooms with electric hookups sufficient for 1 workstation each. 3) one 1000 sq. ft. rooms with sufficient electric hookups for briefing room/conference room configuration that can accommodate 40 personnel. 4) four restrooms (two male and two female) capable of accommodating 1 person each. 5) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for all space with integrated ducting and external portion of units configured externally. 6) Units must be connected to allow movement throughout the units without having to go outside. 7) Minimum of 3 exterior doors. Exterior doors shall be on the ends of the units. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 531120 SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/systems listed in this minimum requirements document. Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, MSgt Joshua Zachariah, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email (joshua.zachariah.2@us.af.mil ) no later than 11:00 a.m. (CST) on 29 JULY 2021 and reference this synopsis number in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents.
