The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Businesses, SBA certified HUBZone Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with current and relevant experience, personnel and capability to perform Provide and Install Temporary Fencing located at the 139th AW, Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, MO 64503. A Brief Description of work includes: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials & transportation required to supply approximately 6,505 feet of portable fencing and 2,300 feet snow fencing for the 2021 Sound of Speed Airshow at the 139th Airlift Wing; Rosecrans MAP, Saint Joseph, MO. Period of performance is antcipated to be 29 April to 3 May 2021. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal or Request for Quote and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this market research. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532490 – Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The small business size standard is $35 million. All interested parties are invited to provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to perform this requirement.
