Requirements: The 139th Airlift Wing has a potential requirement to repair a 2012 Ford F-550 6.7L Diesel Cab and Chassis with a 16 passenger van shell installed. Damage was caused due to a tree falling onto the cab/hood of the vehicle which caused substantial damage to the exterior of the vehicle with suspected HVAC and firewall damage. Vehicle would need to be towed from the installation to be repaired. Current location of vehicle is St. Joseph, MO 64503. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code used for industry classification is 811121 "Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance." This industry comprises establishments primarily engaging in repairing or customizing automotive vehicles, such as passenger cars, trucks, and vans, and all trailer bodies and interiors; and/or painting automotive vehicles and trailer bodies. All information from interested parties that is received in response to this Sources Sought notice will be collected and saved until which time this potential requirement becomes defined and fully funded. A solicitation MAY be issued at that time. This Sources Sought Notice is being posted for Market Research purposed only to identify Small Business vendors who are able to provide the services listed above.
