The Minnesota Air National Guard 148th Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price contract to supply one 36" pneumatic air shear with specific technical characteristics, such as cutting 14-gauge mild steel and 0.100" aluminum, operating at =85 psi, and having OSHA-compliant guarding. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses, and award will be based on best value considering price, technical merit, delivery, and past performance.
