The Minnesota Air National Guard 148th Fighter Wing intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, set aside 100% for small business, for one 36" pneumatic air shear meeting specified characteristics (e.g., cuts 14-gauge mild steel, operates at or below 85 psi, compact footprint), with delivery to Duluth, MN. Delivery is required within 60 days after contract award, and quotes must remain valid for at least 60 days. Offerors must be registered and active in SAM and provide pricing inclusive of delivery, along with past performance and place of manufacture. Award will be based on best value considering price, technical, delivery, and past performance, with technical, delivery, and past performance combined approximately equal to price. The government may award without discussions and reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
