Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for firm fixed-price repair services on one external lighting panel and three inlet lights for the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard. The services must be performed and delivered to 4680 Viper Street, Duluth, MN 55811-6022. The contract requires delivery of all items within 60 days of award. Quotes will be evaluated on a best-value basis, where technical capability, delivery, and past performance combined are approximately equal to price. The government anticipates this is a sole-source requirement but is publicizing it in compliance with regulations.
