Also, we will be extending the radius of hotel stays to within 5-10 miles of address. The reason for this is to maximize competition and promote fair market value in hotel rates. I will attached the 1449 with completed changes soon, I wanted to get this info out to you all. 6/25/2021 Updated I have attached four Schedules (We have two units in El Paso, but both have simular dates for their drill). Also, updated the due date time to properly reflect the attached 1449 12am Monday (28 June). 6/24/2021 Updated The numbers below are the amount of people we provide lodging for during a normal drill according to each location. El Paso: 5-20 members San Antonio: 50-160 members Austin: 5-20 members ***************************** The contractor shall provide pricing for all THREE locations across the state of Texas. Lodging for personnel at a facility that has been inspected and approved for use by the Contracting Officer.
