NAICS - 236220 (1) This contract will be to furnish all investigations, engineering, design, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete work as described and specified for proper storage of two site munitions storage units, known as ARMAG. More detailed description can be found in the Statement of Work (SOW) at the time of the solicitation. The Magnitude of Construction will be between $100,000 and $250,000. (2) Location: 14657 Sneider St, Houston TX, 77034 (3) Tentative date for issue of solicitation is 15 days after posting of this synopsis. Contract will be solicited for a minimum of 30 days. The performance period for this contract will be 120 days. (4) All plans and specifications will be attached to solicitation and emailed upon request. (5) Proposals should be complete and received no later than 30 days after posting of solicitation. (6) This will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. (7) There will be no charge for solicitation documents requested electronically. (8) Solicitation will be publicized through the Governmentwide point of entry in accordance with Far 5.204.
