This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number to reference in all documentation is W50S77-22-Q-0009; this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This is a limited source solicitation (see attached J&A). The NAICS code is 811111. Please see the attachment (Parts Description) for list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. Description of requirements: The contractor will provide the parts needed to repair/replace the fuel system of a 2011 Ford F-550 Super Cab (1FDAX5HT2BEA12812) with the 6.7 V8 engine. The vehicle was found to have metal fragments in the fuel injectors, the intake manifolds, EGR cooler fan needs to be removed to get access to the faulty high pressure fuel pump. Fuel rails and all 8 injectors, all high pressure fuel lines, low pressure fuel pump included on the fuel kit need be repaired/replaced. Several coolant O-rings will needs to be replaced as the system is opened to conduct repairs. Removal and cleaning of the fuel tank along with programming must be done to complete the service. Acceptable quality level upon completion of repair: Vehicle must be 100% operational. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Work must be complete 30 days after award of contract The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2 is applicable, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the specific evaluation criteria is included in paragraph (a) of that provision. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
