Single Project RFP Set-Aside for Small Businesses W50S77-23-R-7002 Base Gym and Mailroom Building Renovation/Relocation and Gutter Install NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The 147th Attack Wing, Texas Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for construction services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of the renovation of the base gym, relocation and renovation of the mail room, and the addition of gutter systems to buildings 1397 and 1256 at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas.
