Non personal services: Contractor agrees to provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, appliances, supplies, services, permits, licenses (individual and trade), insurance, and supervision necessary to design a system that will bring better sound quality to the main hangar when utilizing it as an events center. The goal is to ensure all in attendance to any event in the main hangar will be able to hear speakers on the stage clearly whether they are in the very front of the hangar or the very back of the hangar. Contractor shall submit with the priced offer, a design and detailed Statement of Work IAW the attached solicitation and Statment of Objectives.
