This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number to reference in all documentation is W50S77-22-Q-0034; this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (attached) are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This is a total small business set aside solicitation. Description of requirements: The 147 Security Forces Squadron is requesting purchase of the Galvion Viper P-4 Mission Ready High Cut Helmet or other suitable brand that meets the below minimum salient characteristics: a. Meets or exceeds NIJ 0106.01 / NIJ 0101.06 3A safety standards b. Meets or exceeds U.S Army ACH impact standards c. Contain front mount compatible with Revision Batlskin Viper visor d. Contain modular rail capable of carrying muff type hearing protection e. High cut, exposed ear helmet profile f. Contain modular suspension system with size adjustment g. Tan in color h. Available in multiple sizes. Example: small, medium, large, extra large i. Maximum weight of 2.10 lbs j.
