This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Place of performance will be Houston, Texas 77034. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W50S77-20-R-7100. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the 147 MSG/MSC Ellington Field 14657 Sneider St, Houston, Texas 77034. This acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310, Audio/Video equipment with a size standard of 750 employees. Interested parties must quote on all contract line items (CLINS) below and/or described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract without discussions. Offerors should submit their best offer up front. Description of requirement: Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, supervision, equipment, appliances, transportation and materials necessary to design and deliver an Audio/Video System IAW the attached SOW.
