The 136th Airlift Wing requires an upgrade of HVAC control systems in Buildings 1670 and 1671 to integrate with the base's Niagara system, along with addressing failed HVAC components across multiple buildings. The work is located at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a government target price range between $150,000 and $220,000. The period of performance is 60 days after Notice to Proceed. A site visit is scheduled for June 30, 2026, with access requests due by June 23, 2026.
