The 136th Airlift Wing requires the integration of building HVAC components with the existing system at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to accomplish the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Requests for Information shall be submitted by 2:00PM CT on 15 August 2025 to the following email address: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil Project specifics may be found in the attached solicitation and SOW. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: 8 August 2025 (b) Site Visit Time: 9:00 AM (Local) (c) Site Visit Location: 100 Hensley Ave, Building 1671, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas (Zip Code - 76127) (d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above. To obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit) to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
