The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to accomplish the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Requests for Information shall be submitted no later than 1:00PM CT on 19 August 2025 to the following email address: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil Project specifics may be found in the attached solicitation and SOW. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: 13 August 2025 (b) Site Visit Time: 1:00 PM (Local) (c) Site Visit Location: 100 Hensley Field Ave, NAS/JRB, Texas (Zip Code - 76127) (d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above. To obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 1:00 PM local on 08 August 2025) to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
