The 136th Airlift Wing has a requirement to repair two separate HVAC systems at Hensley Air Guard Station (AGS). This requirement includes buildings 4 and 6 which support administrative and training functions, a variety of open and enclosed office spaces, and multi-use conference spaces. Each building has its own existing HVAC system. Building 4 has a Trane 3.5-ton air cooled DX condensing unit. Building 6 has a McQuay 35-ton air cooled direct expansion (DX) condensing unit. Please see the attachments for more specific information. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: August 14, 2024 (b) Site Visit Time: 9:00 AM (Local) (c) Site Visit Location: 222 Hensley Field Dr., Dallas, Texas (Zip Code - 75211) (d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above. In order to obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit) to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil, michael.meeks@us.af.mil, david.jones.233@us.af.mil, and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Any needed changes to the solicitation will occur with a form amendment.
