Furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, and labor necessary to perform the Required Upgrade to twenty (20) 150 LBS wheeled Halon Fire Extinguishers as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Conform to all federal, state, local requirements, the Air Force Consolidated Occupational Safety Instruction (AFI91-203 para 6), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and applicable manufacture recommendations as required in the PWS. Work must be performed in accordance with (IAW) the current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10 standards, “Portable Fire Extinguishers, for the inspection and maintenance of all types of portable and wheeled fire extinguishers that are on Channel Islands Air National Guard Station (ANGS), California. The Air National Guard shall provide all Halon 1211 fire extinguisher for flight line operations.
