UPDATE 27 FEBRUARY 2023: AN AMENDMENT HAS BEEN UPLOADED ADDRESSING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: -The solicitation response due date and time have been extended to 15 March 2023 at 10:00 AM PST. -The Government will entertain quotes from small business vendors under the alternate NAICS code 334310. -A floor plan of the facility has been uploaded to be used to reference space/layout of each room in the solicitaiton. W50S7423Q0010-0001 OG AV Install Amendment 1 2. 2271 Floor Plan Rm Numbers ORIGINAL POSTING: The 163d ATKW intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Audio Visual Installation services to include all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete OG Audio Visual Install for building 2271. The contract convers audio visual installation services for ten (10) separate spaces within the buidling. The period of performance is four (4) months after the notice to proceed to include inspection. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238210. The small business size standard is $16,500,000.00. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.sam.gov. You will need your Unique Entity ID number to register. Instructions for registering are on the web page (there is no fee for registration). Please note that due to recent fraudulent activity, the process for fully activating (and updating) a registration at SAM has changed, and now requires the submission of a notarized letter to GSA. The solicitation and associated information and Performance Work Statment (PWS) will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities website on-line at www.sam.gov. Bidders cannot log into the SAM home page and search for data. There will be a formal public bid opening at a date to be determined.
