SCOPE A Fabricate and install stainless steel intermediate handrail at interior concrete stairs as shown on the drawings. B Design is based on Circum Round Post Railing System as manufactured by HDI Railing Systems. This design matches existing system RFIs Answered 11 Sept 2021 Section 1.3 Description of the Project: mention other work and not handrail, is this correct? ANSWER: Work is the handrails only. Section 13.B Offer guarantee is checked not required. But Section 5.3. Bid Guarantee states it is required. Can you please confirm what is required? ANSWER: Offer/Bid Guarantee is not required Section 5.4 mentions we can electronically email the bid to you but section 13.A tells us sealed bid are required. Can you please confirm what is required?
