The Idaho National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, ... The Idaho National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Renovation of Hangars B1529 and B1530 on Gowen Field, Boise, ID. The renovation includes removal of High Expansion Foam (HEF) fire suppression systems to be replaced with water sprinkler systems. Interior renovations will also be completed to accommodate the maintenance requirements for the A-10C Attack mission. An increased water line size for required volume is also included in this renovation. In addition to the base work described above, the solicitation will include the following option line items: 1. ADDITIVE BID ITEM #1 Replace acoustical ceiling tiles in B1530. 2. ADDITIVE BID ITEM #2 Repaint hangar roofing metal roof in B1530. 3. ADDITIVE BID ITEM #3 Replace acoustical ceiling tiles in B1529. 4. ADDITIVE BID ITEM #4 Repaint hangar roofing metal roof in B1529. 5. ADDITIVE BID ITEM #5 Sleeve for New Water Line.
