Current background check, certifications, and/or licensure for all child care workers as required for the locality in which services are performed. (2) No negative past performance information as identified in CPARS and FAPIIS for the last three years (acceptable or unacceptable); Offerors with no past performance record in CPARS or FAPIIS shall be rated as acceptable.
