This RFQ is a 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS 562910 (size standard $22 million) with a single firm-fixed-price award to the lowest-priced responsive quote meeting or exceeding specifications. The scope includes a base CLIN for demolishing and replacing 300 damaged/moisture-stained ceiling tiles and five option CLINs covering cleaning/demolition/renovation tasks such as content removal, HEPA vacuuming, wet wiping, carpet cleaning, cabinetry/diffuser cleaning, drywall/base trim/wallpaper/ceiling/carpet demolition, and HVAC duct cleaning in specified building rooms and areas. Offerors must submit Attachment 1 Vendor Information and Pricing Sheet, maintain active SAM registration, provide required representations/certifications if not already in SAM, and use WAWF/iRAPT for electronic invoicing. Funds are not presently available, so no award will be made until appropriated funds are available, and quoted sales prices must not expire before September 30, 2026.
